Check-In Time is 4 PM and Check Out is 11 AM.
Our cancellation policy is 72 hour - 4 PM prior to arrival for a full refund. Special events including Ohana, Firemen's Convention, Americade and Car Show require a 30 day cancellation.
We have a $200 per day pet charge. We always welcome service animals at no cost.
Check-In Age Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in. Guests under 25 years of age not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are required to place a $500 security deposit per room by credit card. Legal identification and credit card is required at check-in.
