Check-In Time is 5 PM and Check Out is 11 AM.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 72 hour - 5 PM prior to arrival for a full refund. Special events including Ohana, Firemen's Convention, Americade and Car Show require a 30 day cancellation.

Pet Policy

NO PETS. We have a $200 per day pet or emotional support animal charge. We always welcome service animals at no cost.

Check-In Age Policy

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
